Something of an institution in Bondi, Hadassa has been around for over 57 years. Currently run by Shraga Jameson, this strictly kosher establishment caters to both Ashkenazi and Sephardi strains of Judaism. You will find mostly lamb, chicken and beef products, all of excellent quality. Try the frankfurts that are free from preservatives, additives and artificial colouring. Or, for a super quick meal, there are ready to eat barbecue chickens, or heat and serve dinners.
