There are 11 Russell's health food shops located around Sydney, but the flagship store in Glebe is the original and the best--over 800 square metres of supermarket-style shelves stocked with nuts, grains, pulses, cereals, organic vegetables, snacks and sweets, and hundreds of different kinds of vitamins. There is also a deli down the back of the store for fresh, healthy take-away food such as rice muffins, spinach rolls, polenta slices and the like to satisfy even the healthiest appetite.
