With so many swanky new apartments being built in the near vicinity, a proper Provedore was not before its time. Pelagio is the place for Darlinghurst chefs and would-be chefs to pick and choose from absolutely first-class fruits, vegetables, cheeses, organic meat, and chef-extraordinary Charmaine Solomon's sauces. There are some absolutely sinful desserts and chocolates, and, being Darlo, the coffee is spot-on. Much of the produce is Australian grown or produced.
