Dolls and teddy bears are painstakingly restored to their former glory by a team of expert, resident "surgeons". Another service is available for the repair of rocking horses, prams and wheel toys. The hospital is run in conjunction with The Dolle Shoppe which stocks hundreds of antique and new dolls, designer teddy bears and accessories. A thriving mail order service operates throughout Australia and New Zealand and the shop also has its own Frequent Doll Buyers Club.
