Toompea Castle & Tall Hermann’s Tower are located in the upper part of Old Town. The castle was built in 13th and 14th centuries on the hill. It represented the reigning power throughout the centuries and now the parliament resides here. The Tall Hermann's Tower was built at the end of the 14th century in the southwestern corner. There are tours around the castle available. Call for booking information.
