The Japan Rail train tracks that lead to Yotsuya were built in the bottom of the huge Ohori, or moat, that protected the Shogun's castle which is now the Imperial Palace. Yotsuya was the site of one the guarded bridges that led into the city, and is an interesting part of Tokyo. The Mole bookshop is small, but worth a visit because it has a fantastic selection of photo books.
