Located above Robson Street, the chic establishment has an open kitchen with a wood burning oven and grill as the centerpiece. Start out with a sampling of appetizers: a platter of smoked trout, Gaeta olives, prosciutto, grilled baby octopus and eggplant caviar (CAD17.50 per person). Critics consider the fresh pasta here to die for, but anything that comes out of the oven (think pizza) or of the grill (rare ahi, veal, ostrich) will be the highlight reel of any dining experience.
