With its bright yellow exterior, Art Deco design and bright neon sign, it has welcomed some of the biggest entertainment names around. Though it hosts mainly artistic productions, the venue also holds seminars and events. It is located in the city's entertainment district. The building has a history buff pleasing past and even has its own ghost, rumoured to haunt the dressing room corridor.
