This fine dining establishment used to be a plain trattoria in the city center, but a few years ago the establishment was completely renovated. It has now become one of the best known and most popular dining choices in Venice. The Risotto with Cuttlefish ink and Spider Crab is mouthwatering, as is the Sea-Bass in Balsamic Vinegar and Tuna with Rosemary. Try something from the high quality wine list.
