WebsiteThis is an incredibly elegant place decorated in a tasteful and refined style. The 16th-century caisson ceiling is marvelous, as are the paintings and multi-colored tapestries. One of Il Desco’s classics is Escalope of Liver in Recioto and pear sauce. Other menu choices include Langoustine soup with black and white bean, Pea Ravioli with black truffle, and for the next course, there is the unbeatable warm salad with marinated lobster or suckling pig flavored with mint - crunchy on the outside and irresistibly tender inside. For dessert, choose melon slices with Port Granita or crespelle with ricotta and warmed mixed berries. Fantastic wine selection.
