This elegant restaurant is situated on the Piazza Bra which is also home to Verona's most symbolic monument - the Arena. It is housed in a historic palace, a building which is both welcoming and refined. The cuisine - which is at the same time innovative and traditional - offers a variety of local dishes which include: veal fillets, gnocchi stuffed with asparagus in melted butter with black truffles, beef steak with chicken giblets and John Dory fish fillets with spinach and molluscs. The roasted suckling piglet with polenta is excellent. The wine cellar is very well stocked.
