Located at Caprino Veronese, a town about 33 kilometers from Verona, this is a welcoming hotel restaurant, serving simple but excellent local dishes that alter according to seasonal produce. Typical dishes from the surrounding mountain area include bruschetta, lardo, salami, lasagna with truffles and fried lamb chops. The cutlets with truffles are absolutely not to be missed. The wine menu is fairly wide-ranging, and the service is fast and efficient.
