This friendly trattoria is a few minute's drive from the center of Verona. A "gal" in Venetian dialect is a cockerel, which explains the numerous motifs and the insignia depicting this colorful bird, dotted around the restaurant. The cuisine consists of typical local dishes, with plenty of seasonal specialties. The wine cellar is well-stocked with a good supply of both local and national wines. The large tables make the trattoria an ideal venue for meeting large groups of friends. The service is efficient and attentive.
