Website | EmailThe Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra's January 1st concert is routinely seen by more than 1.3 billion viewers worldwide, but actually getting inside the magnificent Musikverein is no small feat. The orchestra accepts ticket requests on one day only: the first business day after January 1 of the previous year, and only by mail or telegram. The lucky few will see a world-famous conductor (rotated yearly) take the Philharmonic through some of the world's most beloved music. Tickets: EUR25-850.
