WebsiteLocated downstairs from Maria's Cantinas (a great little Mexican restaurant), Maria's Roses attracts a hip crowd who can groove to a wide range of music until dawn. The club is open daily from 8pm, although it normally only begins to pick up towards midnight. The staff are always in an infectiously good mood and they certainly know how to stage a good show. Happy Hour starts daily at 8pm— during summer, around 9pm.
