WebsiteOne of the most popular ceramics in this country are produced in Gmunden, a town in Upper Austria. The selection includes plates, cups and lots of accessories with motives inspired by the Baroque or even by the national costume, the dirndl. The most famous decor is the green moiré one on a white background, this one you can find in numerous Austrian households and restaurants. All pieces are handpainted, nevertheless you can put them in a dish-washer without having to worry. The shop is well prepared for international customers, goods are shipped in the whole world. When leaving the place, have a look at the right, where you will find the Loos-Bar, built in 1908 in pure Art Nouveau style.
