Before the motor age took over, Victorias were the city's taxis, but now they've got a much more enjoyable function in the "Garden City". The old, horse-drawn carriages take visitors on a romantic and sedate tour around the centre of Viña del Mar. The carriages are normally to be found in both Plaza Vergara and Plaza Colombia. From either place, you can hire out the vehicle for a short or long period, at respective rates of CLP6000 or CLP12000.
