During the warm months, take advantage of the sidewalk cafe and find yourself surrounded by the buildings that house much of the power in Washington. The menu is classic French. Expect to find beef, including the onglet, a boneless French cut hangar steak, steak au poivre and New York sirloin. There are the usual French staples: onion soup, escargots and cassoulet.
