Website | Email"Twelve Twenty-Three" prides itself on being the most exclusive place around. Patrons must wait in a long line, behind a velvet rope, to gain entrance to this 18th Street hot spot. The dimly lit bar is peppered with tables and over sized cream couches. You can reserve a table or join the many who choose to stand around the bar. In the back of the club is a small dance floor which is usually packed. An upstairs room reveals yet more tables and is often reserved for private parties.
