This northern Virginia venue is home to two theater companies and a Children's Theater which offers a popular summer program of plays acted by and for children. The Horizon Theatre presents a variety of plays written by and about women. The American Century Theater is dedicated to performing American theatrical works, especially those notable for their importance, neglect, or sheer merit. Well-favored classics such as "Twelve Angry Men" and "The Crucible" can be seen here along with writers such as Orson Welles and Gore Vidal.
