Affectionately called Mamma by the staff, the head chef was vague on the most popular dish of this establishment dismissively saying in an Italian accent "Everything is good". However, the professionals who often come here seem to be most impressed with the daily specials consisting of authentic Italian pasta dishes. Sophistication and elegance are ample in this restaurant and provide an excellent environment for an intimate dinner. The service is friendly and adds to the great food and wine experienced here.
