The location of this hotel is excellent as it's close to the city centre of York with easy access to all the famous attractions such as the York City Walls, York Minster and the Jorvik Viking Centre, to name but a few. The Abbots Mews hotel was originally a coachman's cottage, with the coach house and stables dating back to Victorian times. It has since been converted into a Bed & breakfast establishment with 16 en-suite bedrooms, most rooms have been extensively refurbished.
