Although its located on the edge of the city centre, its still within easy reach of most of the city's restaurants and attractions. The main bar area is fairly large and should it ever get crowded there is always the nice little beer garden at the side of the building. Wednesday night is quiz night, which can be a lot of fun if you're into that kind of thing. The menu has plenty to offer and the prices are very reasonable. A vegetarian pasta bake is great and a jacket potato filled with chilli con carne is absolutely reasonable too. Sunday roasts are a particular specialty and a choice of beef, lamb or pork with all the trimmings are served. All in all, good value for money.
